Yunus Utuk, the dynamic young CEO of Avsar Group, has a commendable track record in leadership and community service. He currently sits on the board of several Australian charities, contributing to various philanthropic initiatives. As the CEO of Lale Girls Academy, an independent Islamic school in Melbourne, Victoria, Yunus has played a pivotal role in its establishment and development. Previously, he served as the CEO of Smile Supports, demonstrating his dedication to the disability sector—a field he has been involved in since he was 16, becoming the youngest NDIS Support Coordinator at 17. His commitment to charity work began in his adolescence, and he has continued to volunteer with various organisations. Yunus’s qualifications span community services and healthcare, and he is on track to complete his Masters of Business Administration in 2025, further enhancing his leadership skills and business acumen.

Non Executive Director
Kemal Utuk is the non-executive director of Avsar Group. In addition to his role at Avsar Group, he serves as the director of Perfect Choice Painting, a successful painting company established in 2009. With a career in the trade industry that dates back to the 1990s, Kemal brings decades of experience and expertise to his leadership roles, contributing significantly to the growth and success of both organisations.

Lavishly De Los Santos has been our Managing Director since 2023. She holds qualifications in accounting and business, bringing a strong foundation of financial and managerial expertise to her professional roles. She has a wealth of experience in customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and effective service delivery. Additionally, Lavish has made significant contributions to the disability sector as an NDIS Support Coordinator, where her skills in organisation and client care have greatly benefited the community.

Chief Financial Officer
Vinod Gupta, the Chief Executive Officer of Avsar Group, has a wealth of experience in finance and business consultancy. From May 2006 to July 2016, he worked as an Equity Research Manager in Global Research and Analytics, where he specialised in equity research, financial modelling, and valuing companies for global research houses. Since 2016, Vinod has been a start-up consultant and business advisor, using his expertise to help new businesses thrive. He has been a Chartered Practising Accountant since 2006, with certifications from India and the USA, and has been an Associate Practising Accountant with CPA Australia since 2021.
